Job Summary

A facilities service company is filling a position for a Remote Scrum Master.

Core Responsibilities Include:

Supporting Agile-based SDLC for software development using crafting standards, tools and best practices
Leading teams in a large, enterprise environment where successful projects potentially involve more than one Scrum team
Managing and communicating team velocity and sprint/release progress

Required Skills:

3+ years of technology experience
3+ years as a Scrum Master
Experience with both Kanban and Scrum methodologies
Experience in leading teams new to Agile
Strong team leader with the ability to influence and negotiate
Work independently, seeking guidance from leadership when needed
