A facilities service company is filling a position for a Remote Scrum Master.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Supporting Agile-based SDLC for software development using crafting standards, tools and best practices
  • Leading teams in a large, enterprise environment where successful projects potentially involve more than one Scrum team
  • Managing and communicating team velocity and sprint/release progress

Required Skills:

  • 3+ years of technology experience
  • 3+ years as a Scrum Master
  • Experience with both Kanban and Scrum methodologies
  • Experience in leading teams new to Agile
  • Strong team leader with the ability to influence and negotiate
  • Work independently, seeking guidance from leadership when needed
