Job Summary
A software development company has an open position for a Remote Scrum Master.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Developing and maintaining relationships with other functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of sprint increments
- Ensuring that the backlog is continuously groomed so that the work is fully defined for future sprint start dates
- Assessing overall process and look for efficiencies that will help improve the process and/or the quality of deliverables
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Degree or equivalent in an IT-related discipline
- Minimum of 3 years in a software development environment
- Experience managing software development projects
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master working in mixed philosophy
