Job Summary
A financial services company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Scrum Master.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Supporting and facilitating Scrum Teams in various functions
- Ensuring team adherence to Agile principles
- Acting as a role model for servant leadership
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree and 3+ years applicable experience in AGILE Framework Methodology
- Strong knowledge of Scrum theory, rules and practices
- Strong Knowledge of Scaled agile methodology and frameworks
- Strong knowledge of software engineering processes and procedures
- Resource Management Skills
- Ability to provide effective coaching and feedback to teams/individuals
