Remote Scrum Master and Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Manager, Applications Business Analyst and Scrummaster.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct requirements gathering and business process analysis to enhance operational effectiveness
• Act as Agile Product Owner, managing the ticket backlog and prioritizing features based on business value
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and coach the development team on Agile principles and best practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, product ownership, and Scrum facilitation roles
• Proficiency in Agile tools such as Jira and familiarity with SDLC methodologies
• Certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) preferred
• Strong understanding of business processes and ability to translate requirements into technical solutions
