Job Summary
An insurance company is filling a position for a Remote Scrum Master II.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Guiding team on how to get the most out of self-management and leverage this to evolve the team's agile practice
- Overseeing scrum/agile processes and coach the team; facilitate transparency, inspect, and adapt
- Cultivating consensus and alignment within the team and across the organization
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Scrum certification or equivalent training
- Strong knowledge of agile principles and concepts
- A belief that openness and transparency are non-negotiable
- Bachelor's degree and 5 years' experience in agile software development or an equivalent
- Enjoy solving problems and can resolve conflicts through strong mediation skills
- Strong understanding of the value of metrics and iterative delivery
