Job Summary

An insurance company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Scrum Master II.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Train, coach and mentor one or more teams to embrace agile values and principles
  • Train and coach the teams on all aspects of planning and execution
  • Help the teams to focus on sprint and release goals and delivery commitments

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer science, Information Systems or business administration
  • 6 years in software product or application development, business analysis/digital analyst, or project management
  • Must have completed and received certification in the 1.0 Scrum Master Enablement Program
  • One year Scrum Master experience
  • Experience in software product or application development, business analysis or project management
  • Experience as a Development Team Member of an Agile Team before becoming a Scrum Master
