Job Summary
A Christian child advocacy ministry is seeking a Remote Scrum Master III.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Act as an advocate to raise the awareness of the needs of children
- Train, instruct and model for Product Management and Business Owners
- Manage DSU, iteration planning, backlog refinement, and tracking towards team PI objectives
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Maintains a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
- eep and broad understanding of the multiple Agile methods and lean principles.
- Mastery of ART governance, organizational collaboration, issues escalation, and risk management
- Has a deep and thoughtful understanding of SAFe, Agile values, principles
- Demonstrates exemplary facilitation skills
