A staffing agency is seeking a Remote Scrum Master in Madison.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Moderating an agile software engineering development team
• Promoting collaborative habits and behaviors in the team
• Fostering a positive learning and growth environment

Position Requirements Include:

• Experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in a Cloud Platform and agile application development
• Advanced knowledge and experience to define what are good practice processes and tooling
• Advanced knowledge and experience of working with 'Agile' tools, Kanban Boards, Wiki, Whiteboards
• Advanced knowledge and experience in agile enterprise methodology, ITIL and service management foundations
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver structured deliverables under demanding timescales
• The skill, confidence and experience to define and deliver presentations
