Job Summary

A real estate and relocation services company is filling a position for a Remote Scrum Master Manager in Danbury.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Acting as an agent of change and improvement through implementing a standard Agile methodology across teams
• Challenging existing behaviors; work with Scrum Masters to adopt best practices and standards
• Promoting Agile culture, values, behaviors, and principles across the business and development organizations

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor's degree and 5 to 8 years of experience working with Agile/ Scrum Teams
• Experience leading/coaching and managing scrum masters or Agile teams
• Knowledge of tasks, backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity and user stories
• Knowledge of the value of metrics and incremental delivery
• Knowledge of software development processes and procedure
• Experience working with agile methodologies and frameworks, such as Scrum, Kanban, XP, etc
