Job Summary
A banking company has a current position open for a Remote Scrum Master People Manager in San Francisco.
Must be able to:
- Implement agile metrics and use those metrics to help the team(s) identify opportunities for improvement
- Work with project stakeholders to define project vision, scope and deliverables in support of business goals
- Lead, develop and coach a team of developers on an agile scrum team
Position Requirements Include:
- Travel 10 % of the time
- Certified SCRUM Master (required)
- 3 or more years of confirmed experience in managing projects with moderate to high risk and complexity
- Typically requires 5 or more years of confirmed experience in software development projects
- Experience with Agile team development processes and practices
- Manager level typically seven or more years of related experience
