Job Summary
A wild-caught, sustainably sourced seafood provider is seeking a Remote Seafood Member Experience Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Responding to inbound inquiries from members and potential members across multiple channels
- Reporting on member behavior and bugs, and generate content derived from anecdotes and analytics
- Assisting members with post-order issues such as replacements, refunds, delivery status, problem resolution and any other issues
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Impeccable writing skills - from email, to live chat, to Slack and written communication
- Excellent relationship building skills and a level of empathy that is off the charts
- A successful track record working in a high volume environment
- Ability to solve problems by thinking analytically and creatively
