Job Summary

A global professional services company has an open position for a Remote Seasonal Benefit Counselor.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Virtually attending orientation and client training
• Elevating the enrollment experience of our client’s workforce
• Communicating information thoroughly and perform work completely and accurately

Required Skills:

• Experience in Customer Service and/or sales experience in person and over the phone
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment with minimal instruction and a high degree of accuracy
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to work a flexible 8 hour shift with call center hours of 8am-8pm
• Ability to work from home, any location within the United States
• Proficiency in the benefit enrollment cases which have been assigned
