Job Summary

A financial company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Seasonal Customer Resolution Specialist in Jacksonville.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Responding to customers via inbound/outbound calls or written correspondence
  • Researching account and transaction information and records to resolve issue
  • Using multiple computer systems to locate, interpret, and communicate information

Qualifications Include:

  • High school diploma/GED
  • Six months to one-year related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to speak and hear on a telephone system is a requirement and essential function
  • Ability to utilize knowledge of internal systems
  • Ability to escalate more complicated issues to appropriate Team Leader or ATL
  • Ability to promote additional services/communication channels to customers when necessary
