A retailer of children’s entertainment products is seeking a Remote Seasonal Customer Service Agent in the Middleton Area.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing high quality customer experiences
- Processing orders and catalogue requests
- Sharing order, product, and retail store information

- Must attend mandatory onsite 10-day training
- Proven track record of strong contact center performance
