Job Summary

A home goods company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Seasonal Customer Service Associate in Cincinnati.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Addressing customer questions and concerns regarding product and delivery information
• Reviewing alternative solutions if an item is out of stock and placing orders for the customer.
• Successfully negotiating with and appeasing customers using a variety of methods

Qualifications Include:

• Ability to attend onsite meetings and training with advanced notice
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to navigate through multiple systems and internet pages
• Strong ability to communicate both verbally and written with capable data entry skill
