A multi-channel retailer has a current position open for a Remote Seasonal Customer Service Associate in Tucson.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Successfully negotiating and appeasing customers using a variety of methods
- Providing product information, review alternative solutions
- Addressing customer questions and concerns regarding product and delivery information
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Come to the Care Center for meetings and training
- Strong ability to communicate both verbally and written with capable data entry skills
- Ability to navigate through multiple systems and internet pages
- High school diploma or GED
