Job Summary
A customer service outsourcing firm has an open position for a Remote Seasonal Customer Service Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide product information and general customer service resolutions on behalf of our client
- Assist customers via phone, email, chat, SMS and social
- Meet our client's average handle time targets, quality standards, productivity metrics, and adhere to policies and procedures
Position Requirements Include:
- Home-office environment: internet access, USB headset, router, modem, webcam and a computer system meeting organizational policies and maintenance requirements
- Ability to work weekend and holiday hours
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6 or more months experience sales with consumer products brands, and with tier one troubleshooting
- 2 or more years related customer service experience
- Able to work at a desk/computer for 95% of each scheduled shift
