A poultry literature provider has an open position for a Remote Seasonal Customer Service Representative in Fremont.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Recommending poultry breeds and products
• Implementing solutions relating to products, orders, and complaints
• Improving customer experience through direct customer support

Skills and Requirements Include:

• Typing at least 60 words per minute
• Extremely comfortable with computers and the internet
• The ability to answer a high volume of phone calls, emails, and live chats in a fast-paced work environment
• Internet must be cable or DSL, FIOS, T1 or T3
