Job Summary
A fantasy football platform is seeking a Remote Seasonal Customer Support Agent.
Must be able to:
- Monitor customer support platform (ZenDesk) for new inquiries
- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer questions
- Report site issues and outages to the appropriate team
Position Requirements Include:
- Customer service experience
- Availability on afternoons, nights, and/or weekends
- Familiarity with fantasy football: snake and auction leagues, scoring types, etc.
- Great verbal and written communication skills
