Job Summary

A staffing agency is filling a position for a Remote Seasonal Electronics Customer Engagement Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Assist with incoming calls, live online chats, and email inquiries from customers
• Assist customers with general unit set up, unit functions, and services available
• Provide customers with basic and/or in-depth trouble shooting steps

Position Requirements Include:

• Aptitude to learn technical concepts and communicate to diverse audiences
• Ability to type 40 WPM
• 1-year technical support experience or equivalent transferrable skills in a fast-pace environment
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or equivalent work experience
• Ability to learn new systems, services, and processes
• Familiar with music files and download procedures
