A specialty fashion retailer has a current position open for a Remote Seasonal Fashion Retail Customer Care Specialist in Henderson.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Processing orders from customers via telephone calls or live chat and enter data into order entry system
- Providing customers with critical product information that ensures customer satisfaction
- Successfully troubleshooting and resolving all customer service inquiries or issues arising from Internet and catalog
