An online retailer has an open position for a Remote Seasonal Human Resources Contact Center Associate.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Building customer trust by empathetic handling of sensitive issues
- Receiving queries via phone, email or chat
- Logging contacts into the shared service case management system
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 3+ year of contact center or equivalent experience
- Must be able to listen actively to employees concerns and questions
- Ability to provide complete and accurate information about HR policy
- Must demonstrate empathy in handling difficult calls and apply good judgement
