Job Summary
A business process outsourcing company has an open position for a Remote Seasonal Licensed Agent in Lakeland.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Communicating with customers over the phone, via email, and/or online chat
- Explaining features and advantages of medical plans to promote application for insurance
- Completing a cost / plan analysis to identify the best product for the prospective customer
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High school diploma / GED
- Active Accident and Health/Life Insurance resident license (or recently expired)
- Basic computer navigation skills and strong communication skills
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
