Job Summary
A technology-enabled eBusiness Platform is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Seasonal Outdoor Equipment Customer Care Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Answering incoming telephone inquiries from prospective and existing customers
- Initiating and closing sales and convert on-hold orders to active sales
- Checking order status for customers
Skills and Requirements Include:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must type at least 30 words per minute with 95% accuracy or better
- Excellent verbal communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience with MS Office applications, email programs, and Internet browsers
- Minimum of 1-year combined experience in retail, technical sales, mail order, internet sales, or customer service
- Excellent written communication skills including spelling, grammar, and vocabulary
