Job Summary

A technology-enabled eBusiness Platform is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Seasonal Outdoor Equipment Customer Care Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Answering incoming telephone inquiries from prospective and existing customers
  • Initiating and closing sales and convert on-hold orders to active sales
  • Checking order status for customers

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must type at least 30 words per minute with 95% accuracy or better
  • Excellent verbal communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience with MS Office applications, email programs, and Internet browsers
  • Minimum of 1-year combined experience in retail, technical sales, mail order, internet sales, or customer service
  • Excellent written communication skills including spelling, grammar, and vocabulary
