Job Summary
A flower retail company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Seasonal Priority Specialist in Hebron.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Responding to the flower customers' sales inquiries
- Offering world class customer care
- Interacting daily with VIP customers and interact frequently with Executive Management
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly PC literate and 35 words per minute typing
- Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in high-pressure situations
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong customer service skills along with advanced soft skills
