Job Summary
A multi-channel retailer of specialty home products is in need of a Remote Seasonal Retail Customer Service Agent in Huntsville.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Address customer questions and concerns regarding product and delivery information
- Check inventory, process returns, issue replacements and credits
- Successfully negotiate and appease customers using established guidelines
Qualifications for this position include:
- Reside in Alabama
- Able to complete mandatory paid 3 weeks of training, starting Monday September 28th
- High School diploma or GED
- 1–2 years previous customer service experience
- Experience in a performance-based or metric-driven environment
- Computer/PC/MAC with compatible OS, webcam, USB headset with microphone, hard wired to router, and minimum 6 mbps upload/10 mbps download speed
