Job Summary

A customer service outsourcing company is in need of a Remote Seasonal Support Analyst.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Communicating the agent metrics via SharePoint
  • Locating and analyzing daily reports in client systems
  • Identifying, comparing, and communicating Nexidia results and KPIs

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Work directly with the lead specialist to provide agent updates
  • Ability to identify needs
  • Strong process management abilities
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to accomplish both Client and company goals, handling multiple personalities and demands
