Job Summary
A customer service outsourcing company is in need of a Remote Seasonal Support Analyst.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Communicating the agent metrics via SharePoint
- Locating and analyzing daily reports in client systems
- Identifying, comparing, and communicating Nexidia results and KPIs
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Work directly with the lead specialist to provide agent updates
- Ability to identify needs
- Strong process management abilities
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to accomplish both Client and company goals, handling multiple personalities and demands
