A company is looking for a Remote Seasonal Tax Associate (Part Time).

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain sensitive customer and proprietary business information securely
• Utilize resources to provide accurate answers to customers in clear language
• Interact with customers using video communication software and document interactions

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns
• Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) required
• Must possess or be able to obtain relevant state licenses and permits
• Experience using commercial tax preparation software
• Ability to maintain a professional demeanor in customer interactions
