A accounting firm has an open position for a Remote Seasonal Tax Customer Service Associate.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Setting client meetings via telephone for the tax accountants
• Providing expert-level support to customers
• Handling medium to heavy volumes of inbound calls from our clients

Skills and Requirements Include:

• 1-2 years of professional experience in customer or client service
• 2 Year associates degree or higher (required)
• 2+ years experience of business office applications including spreadsheets
• Aptitude for learning new products and subject matter, and helping others learn as well
