Job Summary
A peripheral device provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Being responsible for coordination, preparation, and filing of quarterly Form 10-Q, annual Form 10-K
- Preparing quarter close calendar related to SEC Reporting on Form 10-K/10-Q and earnings release
- Assisting in technical accounting consultation and accounting policy updates and compliance initiatives
Qualifications for this position include:
- A U.S. CPA license required
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business
- Proficiency in US GAAP and SEC disclosure requirements for Form 10-Q and Form 10-K
- Minimum of 7+ years of relevant experience
- Critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and project management skills
