Job Summary

A real estate company is filling a position for a Remote SEC Reporting Manager.

Must be able to:

• Track the Company’s compliance with SEC regulations and coordinating related audits as deemed necessary
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• Provide ad hoc reporting to Controller, CFO, and Executive Management, as needed

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• B.A. degree in Accounting or Finance
• Perceptive, self-starter with excellent problem solving abilities
• Able to juggle several projects at once and know how to prioritize deadlines
• Strong attention to details to ensure accuracy
• Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
• Organized and ability to plan ahead
