Job Summary
A real estate company is filling a position for a Remote SEC Reporting Manager.
Must be able to:
- Track the Company’s compliance with SEC regulations and coordinating related audits as deemed necessary
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Provide ad hoc reporting to Controller, CFO, and Executive Management, as needed
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- B.A. degree in Accounting or Finance
- Perceptive, self-starter with excellent problem solving abilities
- Able to juggle several projects at once and know how to prioritize deadlines
- Strong attention to details to ensure accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- Organized and ability to plan ahead
