Job Summary
A software company is seeking a Remote SEC Reporting Senior Accountant.
Must be able to:
- Help prepare quarterly and annual financial statements and footnotes for required SEC reports and filings
- Help with technical accounting on complex transactions
- Monitor activity of the FASB, SEC and other standard setting organizations to identify the potential impact of new accounting guidance
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- CPA license
- Public accounting experience
- Minimum of Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field
- 5+ years of progressive experience and demonstrated growth in accounting and/or finance positions
- Experience with SEC reporting and GAAP, experience in writing technical accounting memorandums
