Job Summary
A global information technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Second Level IT Service Desk Support Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting in the setup, operations, and monitoring of the control console of a mainframe or minicomputer
- Following established procedures by performing more routine and standard operations
- Starting and monitoring standard runs where documentation is readily available
Position Requirements Include:
- Education, training and/or relevant experience equivalent to the completion of a relevant certificate course
- 12 months IT Service Desk experience
- 1 year previous experience providing Level 1 support for MS Office, MS Exchange and MS windows networks
- Working knowledge of data and voice network concepts
