Job Summary

An IT company has a current position open for a Remote Second Level Technical Support Engineer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Assisting remotely with service calls for incident specific activities
  • Providing remote 2nd level phone support to onsite field technicians
  • Troubleshooting by running basic diagnostics and basic module replacement

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • CompTIA A+ certification, specific additional vendor or manufacturers' certifications as required
  • Advanced knowledge of retail store technical support
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair software and hardware issues
