Job Summary
An IT company has a current position open for a Remote Second Level Technical Support Engineer.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting remotely with service calls for incident specific activities
- Providing remote 2nd level phone support to onsite field technicians
- Troubleshooting by running basic diagnostics and basic module replacement
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- CompTIA A+ certification, specific additional vendor or manufacturers' certifications as required
- Advanced knowledge of retail store technical support
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair software and hardware issues
