An information technology and services company has a current position open for a Remote Second Shift Service Desk Analyst.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Interacting via telephone, e-mail, chat and one on one with customers
- Properly escalating unresolved issues to the next level of support
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 6-12 months experience in a Service Desk or technical support role
- 6-12 months customer service experience in a professional industry
- High school diploma
