Job Summary
An online school system is seeking a Remote Secondary English Teacher.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Completing all grading, creating progress reports and conducting parent conferences
- Communicating with parents, students and other teachers on a regular basis
- Supporting students and parents with alternate strategies
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Willingness to travel on occasion for field trips, marketing and state testing events
- Highly qualified and certified to teach Secondary English/Language Arts in Wyoming
- Strong technology skills (especially with Microsoft OS and Google Suite)
- Demonstrated ability to work well in fast paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Ability to work some occasional evening hours, as needed to support some families
