Job Summary
A mortgage company has an open position for a Remote Secondary Markets Mortgage Analyst in Stamford.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Process all interest rate lock, change and extension requests
- Set and distribute interest rates and pricing for residential first mortgage products
- Provide support to loan officers and operations staff for all loan inquiries
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
- Prior secondary marketing or mortgage banking experience required
- Strong data driven and math skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including customization of Excel reports
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks, work independently
- Excellent organizational skills and great attention to detail
