Job Summary

An online school has a current position open for a Remote Secondary Math Teacher.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Completing all grading, create progress reports and conduct parent conferences in a timely manner
• Reviewing curriculum and devise alternate approaches to presenting lessons to increase student understanding
• Developing a general knowledge of the entire program’s K-12 curriculum

Required Skills:

• Willingness to travel on occasion for marketing, field trips, and state testing events
• Highly qualified and certified to teach Secondary Math
• Out of state applicants may apply but they must have the valid Idaho teaching license
• Strong technology skills (especially with Google Suite, Microsoft OS, and MS Office programs)
• Ability to analyze, develop, implement, and track intervention plans and strategies
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
