Job Summary
A legal service company is filling a position for a Remote Bayer Secondee Legal Counsel.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Leading matter kick off calls with outside counsel and vendors
- Communicating and enforce company's eDiscovery policies and procedures with outside counsel and in-house case teams
- Effectively communicating within all levels
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Actively licensed attorney
- Excellent judgment and decision-making skills
- Strong technical and project management skills
- Ability to work as a team and collaborate within the eDiscovery group
- Experience with, or understanding of, Bayer review processes
