Job Summary
A cloud infrastructure company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Securities and Exchange Commission Reporting and Technical Accounting Analyst.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Preparing and maintaining supporting schedules and documentation for SEC filings
- Assisting in the Company’s SOX compliance efforts for areas of responsibility
- Deploying strong understanding of GAAP and SEC regulations
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
- CPA or CPA equivalent required
- At least 2 years of relevant experience from public accounting
- Experience auditing public companies
- Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Equity Edge, NetSuite, and ActiveDisclosure experience preferred
