Job Summary

A cloud infrastructure company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Securities and Exchange Commission Reporting and Technical Accounting Analyst.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

Preparing and maintaining supporting schedules and documentation for SEC filings
Assisting in the Company’s SOX compliance efforts for areas of responsibility
Deploying strong understanding of GAAP and SEC regulations

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
CPA or CPA equivalent required
At least 2 years of relevant experience from public accounting
Experience auditing public companies
Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Equity Edge, NetSuite, and ActiveDisclosure experience preferred
