Job Summary

A software development company is in need of a Remote Securities and M and A Attorney in Seattle.

Must be able to:

• Take primary responsibility for the Company’s public filings, regulatory compliance and M&A transactions
• Provide advice, advocacy and other services to senior members of the organization
• Assist the executive team on other strategic projects and initiatives as they arise

Required Skills:

• 5+ years legal counsel experience in the corporate and securities department of a major law firm
• Desire and ability to work with multinational team, primarily based in Silicon Valley
• Strong professionalism, with strong self-direction and demonstrated career progression
• Prior experience with corporate governance and regulations
