Job Summary

An internet marketplace is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Securities and Reporting Senior Counsel.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Providing legal review for earnings press releases, investor presentations, and other public communications and disclosures
• Ensuring compliance with securities laws, rules and regulations
• Advising on corporate governance matters, such as materials for board, committee and shareholder meetings and committee charters

Qualifications for this position include:

• Able to work with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a law firm and/or in-house (or combination of both) focused on securities & corporate law
• Graduate of an accredited law school and active member of a state bar in good standing
• Ability to work collaboratively and efficiently with outside counsel in multiple domestic and international jurisdictions
