Remote Securities Corporate Paralegal

Job Summary

An e-commerce company is seeking a Remote Securities Corporate Paralegal.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Perform administrative duties
• Manage relationships with corporate registered agent and various external counsel globally
• Review capitalization table on a quarterly basis

Position Requirements Include:

• Bachelor's degree, paralegal certification
• Minimum 5 years paralegal experience in a law firm or in-house legal department
• Strong skills with Excel, Word, and Outlook are key
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Strong ability to form relationships with different stakeholders and get things done
