Remote Securities Counsel Member
Job Summary
A cloud-based software company has a current position open for a Remote Securities Counsel Member.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Drive corporate disclosure, corporate governance and other compliance efforts
- Provide legal support for corporate transactions
- Help prepare the company’s SEC filings
Required Skills:
- 2-3+ years of experience handling securities transactions, public company compliance matters and related filings
- Undergraduate degree and a J.D. from top schools
- Bar admission in good standing to practice law
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once and to follow through
- Excellent negotiation, drafting, analytical, and communication skills
