Remote Securities Counsel Vice President
Job Summary
An information technology company is in need of a Remote Securities Counsel Vice President.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Overseeing entity integrations and eliminations, both domestic and foreign
- Maintaining domestic entities in good standing and in compliance with state filings
- Providing legal support in connection with capital raising transactions
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and an active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in securities law
- Experience with SEC filings, corporate governance, and capital markets transactions
- Knowledge of U.S. federal securities laws and regulations
- Ability to effectively and pragmatically balance legal and business considerations
- Ability to work effectively in a lean environment
