Job Summary
A computer networking hardware and software company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Security Consulting Systems Engineer.
Must be able to:
- Serve as the subject matter expert in our products
- Perform in-depth and high-level technical presentations
- Provide specific solution/technology/product consulting, technical and sales support
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Minimum 7+ years of technical sales or pre-sales experience
- 5+ years in Security specialization experience
- Experience administering Unix/Linux systems and low-layer (packet-level) IP networking
- Pre-sales experience required
- Proven track record of managing and winning technical and high value IT security projects
