Job Summary
A security awareness training and simulated phishing platform has an open position for a Remote Security Customer Implementation Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Leverage new and existing tools, processes and best practices
- Coordinate and assist CSM’s/Pricing Specialists with customer renewals, add-ons and upgrades
- Maintain impeccable administration of your accounts in the Company’s CRM
Qualifications for this position include:
- Familiarity with standard concepts, practices and procedures within the IT Security Field
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word
- Experience with Gmail and Google Docs
- Experience with web Browsers
- Prior experience as a Customer Success Manager
