Job Summary
A hardware security device company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Security Customer Success Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Driving retention, renewals, and growth among named customer accounts
- Maintaining an ongoing cadence of communicating with customers about their roll-out
- Collaborating closely with Sales and Solutions Engineers to identify and execute on revenue expansion opportunities
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 3+ years customer success or account management experience
- Proven track record of working in a customer facing role
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and ability to communicate clearly, both written and oral
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in working with complex, multi-divisional, multi-geographical customers
- Proven project management skills with ability to manage multiple simultaneous tasks and prioritize/re-prioritize as necessary
