Job Summary

A hardware security device company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Security Customer Success Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Driving retention, renewals, and growth among named customer accounts
  • Maintaining an ongoing cadence of communicating with customers about their roll-out
  • Collaborating closely with Sales and Solutions Engineers to identify and execute on revenue expansion opportunities

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 3+ years customer success or account management experience
  • Proven track record of working in a customer facing role
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and ability to communicate clearly, both written and oral
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience in working with complex, multi-divisional, multi-geographical customers
  • Proven project management skills with ability to manage multiple simultaneous tasks and prioritize/re-prioritize as necessary
