Job Summary
A cybersecurity service provider is seeking a Remote Security Data Engineer II in Carlsbad.
Must be able to:
- Organize and drive multiple customer implementations and maintenance scenarios at once
- Create the architecture and guides the workload/implementation of Splunk SIEM customer instances
Skills and Requirements Include:
- The majority of the work to be done remotely with customer interaction mainly being telephonic, email or video with occasional customer site visits
- Ability to work in a team
- Ability to work independently
- 5+ years hands on experience in engineering and supporting a large scale Splunk (ES highly preferred) environment
- Experienced with multiple security platform administration or engineering within large-scale or global enterprises combined
