Job Summary
A healthcare software development company is filling a position for a Remote Security Engineering Director .
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Overseeing critical security programs
- Prioritizing building and supporting a diverse and inclusive team of engineers
- Maintaining strong technical capabilities and use these to influence your overall security engineering strategy
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Familiarity with security practices, processes and systems
- Knowledge of cloud native and modern technologies (AWS, NodeJS, *nix, OSX etc)
- Experience leading technical engineering teams
- Affinity for an engineering culture that emphasizes Agile, DevOps, and continuous delivery
- Deep understanding of threat models for large, high-scale production platforms
- Strong communication and organizational skills
